RobbinsPresidentWho We Are: Gary Robbins has over 35 years experience in Fixed Operations Management and Training & Consulting with focus on strong team building and proven successful dealership processes which have resulted in significant growth. Growth in the areas of profitability, service absorption, hours per repair order, tech productivity, customer retention, customer loyalty and overall customer satisfaction to name a few.
Gary started his career as a Service Advisor, working his way to Fixed Operations Director. He has had the opportunity to work for some of the industry’s finest dealerships and leaders. Incorporating and expanding on dealership processes, Gary’s passion of teaching, training and motivating those directly in the area of Customer Service, Process Improvement and Service Sales, has led him towards his current role as an Expert Trainer, Facilitator and Fixed Operations Consultant. Married for over 30 years to his wife Marlene, they have raised 3 beautiful children and are now enjoying their 3 grandchildren, almost daily. Gary and his family live in beautiful Bend, Oregon and he enjoys the outdoors by playing golf, hiking and fishing in his free time. |
