5 days intensive 1 one-on-one with your Service Manager
Service Managers today must have the knowledge to generate a realistic return on investment for the dealer, this training provides the training manager the ability to identify, measure, price and turn over his labor inventory for maximum profits.
Service Managers will learn how to lead their department operationally and manage it administratively to provide the necessary financial return to the dealer
In addition, management will learn how to staff, compensate and hold accountable employees for production and customer handling.
Some of the key areas of focus for this management training are listed below . We teach managers how to acquire and track this information while implementing processes and training to achieve desired level of performance.
Service Manager training time will vary based on the knowledge, experience and ability to learn of the Service Manager being trained. Training visits could be as few as 1 and as many as 12 over a 12 month period.
Initial 5 day visit consists of 1 Days off of the Service Drive in Classroom training and 4 days in the lane working 1 on 1 with your Advisors. The 2nd visit consists of 1/2 day classroom review and 3 days on the lane working with your Advisors and the last 1/2 day is spent with the management team reviewing progress and recommendations. This 2nd visit is usually held 30-45 days after initial visit. The 3rd visit 30-45 days after 2nd is a 3 day intense drive training reviewing all process and techniques. Depending on progress of the Advisors additional material may be introduced at this time including expanding on advanced sales techniques and overcoming objections.
This 3 visit package is recommended for most dealerships as the repetitive reinforcement of the material is essential in making it stick.
